How these articles work

Short, current, opinionated — in that order

These are not research papers. They are short pieces — usually two screens, two pages at most — on what I am seeing in the field and what I think it means for knowledge. They are written in my voice, on my view of the latest news, and published in chronological order so the oldest thinking is at the bottom and the newest is at the top.

Faster execution, wider strategic drift

Strategic clarity was never the real constraint; connecting it to what work, funding, and agents actually do is. Why the people-to-agents shift makes drift more serious, and why the knowledge layer is where it gets closed.

Topic: Why Knowledge Filed under: Research

More pieces are added as the field moves. The archive is chronological: newest first. If you want to write one, the form is simple — a short opinionated take on something in the news, in two screens or less.

Letters mark the topic: C Context Engineering · E Enterprise · T Token Savings & Grounding · W Why Knowledge · A Articles index. Every post in the archive, with the topic each one is filed under. A page is larger when more links inside this figure touch it. Links from the shared header and footer are not counted.
